However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
you will have no option to return the product back as we have a “no return
policy”. Please see below for more information on our no return policy.
RETURNS
By making a purchase, you understand that you are directly getting your
product from Microgene Diagnostic Systems Private Limited and/or its associated
brands. Once purchased the goods cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCESS
If you still want to initiate a return, you may write to us with a reason to
return. Our team will look into the reason and. if found valid, we may initiate
a return only in specific cases. We are not liable to write back specifying the
reason for declining a return.
REFUNDS
In the case a return is initiated after receiving your return and inspecting
the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least
thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds
may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending
on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service
number to arrange a refund or exchange.
